 The speed limit on every street in Cedarbrook is 25 mph, so be careful!
With an active neighborhood like ours, there are many pedestrians, cyclists, and children that may suddenly dart into the street.
Also, we have many younger children that haven't developed the ability to judge speeds and distances well enough to cross streets safely when cars are moving fast.
